Condolence: Firstly I would like to convey my sincere and heartfelt condolences to Mignon and the rest of Bryan's family and friends. A devastating loss for all.
I have known Bryan all my life. His mother Monica, or Moena as I called her was my Godmother, and I would spend many school holidays with the family. The boys were several years older than me, but often included me in their mischief. Bryan took me on my first motorbike ride, much to Moena's horror when she found out. The bike belonged to Rusty, if memory serves.
When I was in high school, I would spend weekends with either Bryan or Kevin at their respective flats. They let me smoke and drink and exposed me to a bit of the social life in the south :) Such great memories to treasure.
Bryan's love of food, entertaining and sharing comes from his mother. Their house was the gathering spot for all the mates. Monica would lovingly cook and feed whoever was there. Her roasts were legendary.
I only got to experience Bryan's hospitality once in America and was so hoping to make it back to see him again. He fought a long and hard fight, yet managed to keep his wicked sense of humour.
He really was a wonderful man.
Rest in Perfect Peace my friend xxx

Condolence: I met Bryan when I was 16, through his brother Kevin. We became best friends. We used to party and enjoy our youth to the extreme. We liked to hike up Price Drive and surrounding mountains. Bryan was my best “boy” friend and Mignon my best “girl” friend when I introduced them to each other they fell in love and got married. The three of us always used to do everything together, party and enjoy life.
Bryan and I shared a love of experimenting with food. When they moved and we used to video call on Sundays it will always be a discussion of who’s going to make what type of roast.
Bryan was a caring person and would always help you if he could. My family and I will dearly miss him. He might be gone but his strength and courage will always inspire me.
Mignon, you will always be my darling and we will always be there for you.
All our love The Forchies.

Condolence: I am so very sorry for your loss - may you find comfort in God’s peace and strength.
I worked with Bryan and we’d usually see each other at the coffee bar every morning. He always had a cheerful greeting and would take a minute to ask how I was doing. When I needed IT help, he always made me feel like I was his most important ‘customer.’ He will absolutely be missed.
